Abstract

This study demonstrates that the development of Baikole Beach tourism in Jikumerasa Village is driven by abundant natural and cultural wealth that remains underutilized. The research aims to identify potentials, challenges, and development strategies using SWOT analysis with a descriptive qualitative approach. The findings reveal Baikole Beach holds geographical advantages and pristine natural charm, yet suffers from limited infrastructure and community capacity. Strengthening strategies involve community empowerment, enhanced digital promotion, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. This approach enriches sustainable local-based tourism management strategies. The study's implication encourages local governments to prioritize infrastructure development, human resource training, and formulate participative, sustainable tourism policies. It is recommended to engage more strategic partners and leverage technology in tourism promotion
