License and Copyright

Authors who publish their work in Hatunuku: Jurnal Pendidikan IPS agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright Retention
   Authors retain the copyright of their published articles without restrictions. However, they grant the journal the right of first publication and the non-exclusive license to distribute the work online under the terms described below.

2. License
   All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0). This license allows others to:

   • Share (copy and redistribute) the material in any medium or format

   • Adapt (remix, transform, and build upon the material)
     for non-commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source (the journal), and a link to the license is provided.

3. Author Rights
   Authors may:

   • Reuse the published article in their teaching and academic presentations

   • Deposit the article in institutional repositories or personal websites

   • Develop derivative works (e.g., book chapters) with proper attribution

4. Editorial Rights
   The editorial team has the right to make necessary adjustments related to language, format, and layout without altering the substance of the manuscript.

5. Plagiarism and Copyright Violation
   Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work. Any form of plagiarism or copyright infringement is strictly prohibited and will result in rejection or withdrawal of the article.
