peer-reviewers

PENG: Jurnal Ekonomi dan Manajemen (Journal of Economics, Management, and Multidisciplinary Sciences) applies a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, relevance, and academic integrity of all manuscripts submitted for publication.

After submission, each manuscript is first examined by the Editor to determine its suitability with the journal's focus and scope, academic standards, originality, and basic manuscript requirements. Manuscripts that do not meet the journal's requirements may be returned to the authors or rejected at the initial editorial screening stage.

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to qualified reviewers with relevant expertise. The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its originality, theoretical foundation, methodology, analysis, discussion, clarity, relevance, and contribution to the field.

Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editor makes the final editorial decision, which may include acceptance, acceptance with minor revisions, major revisions, or rejection. Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts in response to reviewers' comments. Revised manuscripts may be returned to reviewers for further evaluation when necessary.

The final decision is made by the Editor based on the overall quality of the manuscript and the reviewers' recommendations. The peer-review process is conducted independently and objectively, and editorial decisions are not influenced by the authors' identity, institutional affiliation, or other non-academic considerations.
