PENGARUH FAMILY-CENTERED CARE TERHADAP FUNGSI KELUARGA, SELF-EFFICACY IBU HAMIL, DAN KEMANDIRIAN LANSIA PADA KELUARGA MULTIGENERASI

Keluarga multigenerasi menghadapi kebutuhan kesehatan yang kompleks karena melibatkan ibu hamil dan lansia dalam satu sistem keluarga. Family-Centered Care (FCC) menempatkan keluarga sebagai mitra aktif dalam pelayanan kesehatan sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan fungsi keluarga, self-efficacy ibu hamil, dan kemandirian lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh FCC terhadap fungsi keluarga, self-efficacy ibu hamil, dan kemandirian lansia pada keluarga multigenerasi. Penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest di Puskesmas Darussalam, Aceh Besar, pada April 2026. Sampel terdiri dari 36 keluarga multigenerasi yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan Family-Centered Care Scale, Family APGAR, Childbirth Self-Efficacy Inventory, dan Barthel Index, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Paired Sample t-test dan regresi linear dengan α=0,05. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada fungsi keluarga dari 6,53±1,41 menjadi 8,64±1,02, self-efficacy ibu hamil dari 218,39±24,17 menjadi 258,81±22,48, dan kemandirian lansia dari 82,08±9,36 menjadi 91,47±7,58 (p<0,001). FCC berpengaruh signifikan terhadap fungsi keluarga (β=0,462), self-efficacy ibu hamil (β=0,538), dan kemandirian lansia (β=0,417). Penerapan FCC efektif meningkatkan ketiga luaran pada keluarga multigenerasi.
