Gambaran Faktor Risiko Stroke pada Pasien yang Menjalani Terapi Akupunktur di Klinik YARAPA Aceh

Stroke merupakan penyebab kematian dan kecacatan utama di Indonesia. Provinsi Aceh termasuk daerah dengan beban stroke yang tinggi. Terapi akupunktur sebagai pendekatan komplementer banyak dimanfaatkan oleh pasien dengan risiko stroke, namun data sistematis mengenai profil faktor risiko pada populasi ini masih sangat terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan gambaran faktor risiko stroke pada pasien yang menjalani terapi akupunktur di Klinik YARAPA Aceh. Penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dilakukan terhadap 110 responden yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi di Klinik YARAPA Aceh periode Maret–Mei 2026. Data dikumpulkan melalui rekam medis, wawancara terstruktur, dan pemeriksaan fisik. Analisis univariat digunakan untuk menghitung distribusi frekuensi dan persentase. Kelompok usia terbanyak adalah dewasa menengah 45–59 tahun (47,3%), dengan rata-rata usia 56,8 ± 11,3 tahun. Laki-laki mendominasi (52,7%). Faktor risiko yang dapat dimodifikasi paling dominan adalah hipertensi (71,8%), diikuti kelebihan berat badan/obesitas (60,9%), dislipidemia dan riwayat merokok masing-masing sebesar 48,2%, serta diabetes melitus (42,7%). Lebih dari 90% responden memiliki lebih dari satu faktor risiko secara bersamaan. Hipertensi merupakan faktor risiko stroke paling dominan pada pasien pengguna layanan akupunktur di Klinik YARAPA Aceh. Skrining faktor risiko stroke dan edukasi modifikasi gaya hidup perlu diintegrasikan secara sistematis dalam pelayanan akupunktur serta disertai koordinasi dengan tenaga kesehatan terkait.
