The journal includes various fields of health science.

 

Peer Review Process

Every article that goes to the editorial staff will be selected through Initial Review processes by Editorial Board. Then, the articles will be sent to the Mitra Bestari/ peer reviewer and will go to the next selection by Blind Preview Process. After that, the articles will be returned to the authors to revise. These processes take a month for a maximum time. In the each manuscript, Mitra Bestari/ peer reviewer will be rated from the substantial and technical aspects. Mitra Bestari/ peer reviewer that collaboration with Indonesia Health Dedication Journal (IHDJ) is the experts in the health science. They were experienced in the prestigious journal management and publication that was spread around the national and abroad.


Manuscript processing time in Indonesia Health Dedication Journal

  1. The author has 15 days waiting period on the first article submission, the section editor will decide whether the article needs to be revised or not.
  2. Section editor needs 3 days to examine the article based on Indonesia Health Dedication Journal author guideline.
  3. Author has 12 days to revise the article consistent with the Indonesia Health Dedication Journal author guideline.
  4. The revised article given to the editor to be reviewed, the editorial team needs 15 days to finish the review.
  5. If the article Declined, section editor has 3 days to inform the author regarding the editorial team decision.
  6. If the article Revision Required, editorial team will proceed the article to the reviewer.
  7. Reviewer has 30 days to review the article divided into two times review and provide the decision, Acceptedor Declined
  8. The editorial team discusses the final decision in an editorial team meeting whether the articles recommended by the reviewers proceed to be Published or Declined. The editorial team has 20 days to make the final decision.
  9. The soon-to-be-published articles, lay-outed by the section editor for 30 days.
  10. Author has 3 days to confirm the layout result.
  11. Section editor publishes the accepted articles.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

 

Publication Frequency

Indonesia Health Dedication Journal was first published in June 2025 and subsequently published twice per year, in June and December.

This statement clarifies ethical conduct to all parties involved in manuscript publication Indonesia Health Dedication Journal, including the author(s), Editor in Chief, the Editorial Board, the peer-reviewer and the publisher (Lembaga Teewan Solutions). This statement is relied on Practice Guidelines for publication as in Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE’s Best).

Ethical Guideline for Journal Publication

The publication of an article in a peer-reviewed Indonesia Health Dedication Journal is an essential building block in the development of a coherent and respected network of knowledge. It is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the authors and the institutions that support them. Peer-reviewed articles support and embody the scientific method. It is therefore important to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the act of publishing: the author, the journal editor, the peer reviewer, the publisher as well as the society. Lembaga Teewan Solutions as publisher of Indonesia Health Dedication Journal takes its duties of guardianship over all stages of publishing extremely seriously and we recognize our ethical and other responsibilities. We are committed to ensuring that advertising, reprint or other commercial revenue has no impact or influence on editorial decisions. In addition, Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, STIKES Cendekia Utama Kudus, and Editorial Board will assist in communications with other journals and/or publishers where this is useful and necessary.

Publication decisions

The editor of the Indonesia Health Dedication Journal is responsible for deciding which of the articles submitted to the journal should be accepted for publication. The validation of the work in question and its importance to researchers and readers must always drive such decisions. The editors may be guided by the policies of the journal's editorial board and constrained by such legal requirements as shall then be in force regarding libel, copyright infringement and plagiarism. The editors may confer with other editors or reviewers in making this decision. The journal used Ithenticate Plagiarism Scanner to detect the possibilities of plagiarism in the manuscript.
