Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Digital Dan Budaya Literasi Guru Terhadap Budaya Inovasi Melalui Efektivitas Sekolah Madrasah Aliyah Di Kota Serang

Innovation culture is an important factor in improving the quality of education in the era of digital transformation. It is influenced by various factors, including digital leadership, teachers' literacy culture, and school effectiveness. This study aimed to analyze the influence of digital leadership and teachers' literacy culture on innovation culture, with school effectiveness as a mediating variable at Madrasah Aliyah in Serang City. This study employed a quantitative method with an associative approach. Saturated sampling was used, involving the entire population of 191 teachers as the research sample. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4. The results showed that digital leadership significantly influenced school effectiveness and innovation culture. Teachers' literacy culture also significantly influenced school effectiveness and innovation culture. Furthermore, school effectiveness significantly influenced innovation culture and mediated the effects of digital leadership and teachers' literacy culture on innovation culture. These findings indicate that strengthening digital leadership, teachers' literacy culture, and school effectiveness plays an important role in developing an innovation culture at Madrasah Aliyah in Serang City.
