Tantangan dan Hambatan dalam Penggunaan Sistem Handover Digital untuk Keselamatan Pasien Di Rumah Sakit: Scoping Review

Sistem handover yang efektif sangat vital untuk menjaga keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, banyak rumah sakit yang mulai mengadopsi sistem handover berbasis digital, seperti Electronic Medical Records (EMR), dengan tujuan meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi komunikasi antar tenaga medis. Walaupun sistem ini memiliki potensi yang signifikan, penerapannya sering kali dihadapkan pada sejumlah tantangan dan hambatan, khususnya dari perspektif perawat sebagai pengguna utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali tantangan dan hambatan yang dihadapi perawat dalam penggunaan sistem handover digital, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasinya. Untuk itu, dilakukan scoping review terhadap literatur yang relevan, dengan pencarian sistematis pada basis data PubMed dan Scopus, fokus pada populasi perawat di rumah sakit, konsep sistem handover digital, serta konteks tantangan dan hambatan yang dihadapi. Dari total 2.761 artikel yang teridentifikasi, sepuluh artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil analisis mengungkapkan bahwa tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah kesulitan dalam mengintegrasikan sistem digital dengan alur kerja yang ada, keterbatasan keterampilan digital di kalangan perawat, dan meningkatnya beban kognitif selama proses handover. Hambatan lain yang ditemukan adalah masalah teknologi dan infrastruktur yang tidak memadai, kurangnya partisipasi perawat dalam desain sistem, serta rendahnya dukungan manajerial. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya pelatihan digital yang lebih baik, keterlibatan perawat dalam proses desain, dan penguatan infrastruktur teknologi guna memaksimalkan manfaat sistem handover digital dalam meningkatkan keselamatan pasien.
