Global Sumud Flotilla: Wacana Tandingan atas Kebenaran Sejarah Israel-Palestina

Tulisan ini membahas Global Sumud Flotilla sebagai bentuk perlawanan epistemik terhadap rezim kolonial Israel di Gaza. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis wacana Foucauldian, penelitian ini menelaah bagaimana relasi power/knowledge, regime of truth, serta operasi sovereign, disciplinary, dan biopolitical power membentuk narasi kebenaran mengenai konflik Israel–Palestina. Melalui studi pustaka terhadap dokumentasi Global Sumud Flotilla, arsip sejarah seperti Balfour Declaration dan UN Partition Plan, serta literatur kolonialisme modern, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa produksi diskursus yang dilembagakan dalam hukum internasional, media global, dan perangkat keamanan Israel
telah mereduksi kebenaran historis mengenai Palestina. Blokade Gaza sejak 2007
menggambarkan praktik biopolitik yang mengatur ruang hidup, mobilitas, dan akses sumber daya warga Palestina secara sistematis. Kehadiran Global Sumud Flotilla pada tahun 2025 berfungsi sebagai counter-discourse yang menggugat legitimasi moral-politik Israel, sekaligus menyingkap paradoks antara klaim keamanan dan tindakan kekerasan struktural. Penangkapan kapal bantuan di perairan internasional menunjukkan bagaimana rezim kebenaran bekerja menutupi praktik ilegal melalui konstruksi narasi kedaulatan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kolonialisme Israel bertumpu pada kontrol atas produksi kebenaran, sedangkan Flotilla menawarkan pembacaan alternatif untuk memulihkan kembali memori historis tentang perjuangan Palestina.
