Edukasi Media Leaflet Terhadap Pengetahuan Pendidikan Kesehatan Reproduksi dan Seksualitas pada Remaja

Remaja merupakan kelompok usia yang rentan terhadap risiko kesehatan reproduksi karena kurangnya pengetahuan yang benar dan terbuka mengenai perubahan tubuh, seksualitas, dan risiko perilaku seksual. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa mengenai kesehatan reproduksi dan seksualitas melalui media leaflet. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di MTs NW Samawa pada bulan Juni 2025 dengan metode ceramah interaktif, diskusi, dan pembagian leaflet edukatif. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengukur peningkatan pengetahuan siswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam skor pengetahuan siswa setelah diberikan edukasi. Leaflet terbukti efektif sebagai media pembelajaran karena dapat diakses secara mandiri, mudah dipahami, serta sesuai dengan kebutuhan informasi remaja. Siswa menunjukkan partisipasi aktif dan antusias selama sesi edukasi, serta menyampaikan bahwa materi yang disampaikan sangat membantu mereka memahami perubahan fisik dan cara menjaga kesehatan reproduksi. Kegiatan ini menjadi upaya strategis dalam mendorong remaja mengadopsi perilaku sehat dan mengurangi stigma terhadap pendidikan seksualitas di lingkungan sekolah.
