Pola Asuh Positif: Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Anak melalui Pendekatan Ramah Anak

Pola asuh positif merupakan pendekatan yang mengedepankan kasih sayang, komunikasi efektif, dan empati dalam mendukung perkembangan anak. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman orang tua dan guru tentang pola asuh positif serta dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan anak. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, penyusunan materi pelatihan, workshop interaktif, pendampingan, dan evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 85%, dengan 90% peserta melaporkan perubahan signifikan dalam pola asuh mereka, seperti lebih sabar, memberikan arahan tanpa kekerasan, dan penghargaan atas pencapaian anak. Observasi menunjukkan anak menjadi lebih kooperatif, percaya diri, dan berkurangnya tantrum. Sebanyak 75% guru melaporkan peningkatan motivasi dan partisipasi anak dalam kegiatan sekolah. Pembentukan kelompok diskusi orang tua menjadi langkah strategis untuk mendukung penerapan pola asuh positif secara berkelanjutan. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ramah anak tidak hanya meningkatkan kesejahteraan individu anak, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pembangunan komunitas yang lebih inklusif dan peduli terhadap hak-hak anak.
