Abstract

Di era digital, penerapan sistem informasi terkomputerisasi menjadi elemen krusial dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan kebidanan, dengan mendukung efisiensi administrasi serta meningkatkan akurasi dan efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi pendaftaran pasien secara digital di Praktik Mandiri Bidan (PMB) guna meningkatkan efisiensi layanan dan manajemen data pasien. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan pengembangan sistem berbasis model waterfall, yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk mengukur tingkat kemudahan penggunaan dan efektivitas sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pendaftaran digital yang dikembangkan memiliki usability yang sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor SUS sebesar 82,5. Pengguna merasa sistem ini mudah digunakan, memiliki antarmuka yang intuitif, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Selain itu, keamanan data pasien meningkat melalui fitur enkripsi dan autentikasi pengguna. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat inkonsistensi dalam tampilan dan navigasi yang perlu diperbaiki untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Secara keseluruhan, sistem ini memberikan manfaat signifikan bagi PMB, seperti percepatan proses pendaftaran, pengurangan antrean, serta peningkatan kepuasan pasien dan tenaga medis.
